By accessing the jeta website or mobile app, registering, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Jeta reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms. For significant changes, we will send a notice to your registered email address.

Users must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or accessing any services on jeta. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that all information provided at registration is accurate and up to date.

Account Creation, Security & Policy

Registration Process

Each person may register only one account.
Your real name, date of birth, and contact details must be provided at the time of registration.
Jeta reserves the right to terminate any account found to have provided false information.
Documents may be requested for identity verification purposes.

Account Security

Keeping your password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.
Sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited.
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication to keep your account secure.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Jeta reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

If evidence of a terms violation or fraudulent activity is found.
If an attempt to operate multiple accounts is detected.
If evidence of bonus abuse is found.
In cases of financial fraud or suspicious transactions.
Upon instruction from law enforcement or by court order.

Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities

By using the jeta platform, you agree to abide by the following rules:

The platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only.
Betting on behalf of others or for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
Using automated software, bots, or scripts to operate on the platform is strictly prohibited.
Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Harassment, threats, or abusive language directed at other users is strictly prohibited.
Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.
Any attempt to fraudulently obtain bags or bonuses may result in account termination.

Jeta is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's irresponsible conduct. It is each user's sole responsibility to comply with applicable local laws while using the platform.

Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy

All financial transactions on jeta are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The platform supports multiple local payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method selected.
Deposited funds are generally credited to your balance instantly; in the event of a technical issue, it may take up to 30 minutes.
Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawals

Identity verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–6 business hours.
Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal.
Deposits or withdrawals may be temporarily suspended for suspicious transactions.

Bonuses & Promotions

Each bonus offer has its own terms, validity period, and wagering requirements.
Misusing bonuses or claiming bonuses across multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of those benefits.
Jeta reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

Jeta provides its services on an "as-is" basis. jeta is not directly liable for service interruptions caused by technical errors, server outages, connectivity issues, or other factors. Users bear sole responsibility for any losses incurred through betting and gaming; jeta is not obligated to provide financial compensation.

Jeta will not be held liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government-imposed restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jeta platform — including logos, designs, text, software, and game interfaces — is protected by jeta's intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content beyond personal use.

Third-Party Links

The jeta platform may contain links to third-party content or services. jeta is not responsible for the quality or security of these external services. We recommend reviewing their own terms and conditions before visiting any third-party site.

Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Changes to Terms

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable licensing authority's regulations and relevant international standards. Users in Bangladesh are required to comply with all local laws and regulations.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or complaint should first be directed to our customer support team for resolution. We aim to respond to initial complaints within 7 business days. If a direct resolution is not possible, an international arbitration process will be followed.

Changes to Terms

Jeta may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the latest revision will be shown at the top of the page. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
